InnoPath secures Series D funding.

"InnoPath Software Inc., a Sunnyvale, Calif.-based provider of mobile device management solutions, has secured $20.5 million of a $27.5 million Series D round, according to a regulatory filing. Backers include VantagePoint Venture Partners, NVCC Investment Enterprise Partnership (Japan) and MVC Global Japan Fund (Japan)."
