"Verizon Business said its new Mobile Services Enablement Platform is part of its existing Managed Mobility offering, which was launched a year ago. The new additions will help companies develop and deploy key apps such as customer relationship management (CRM) and salesforce automation across any mobile devices in use in the organization. Initially BlackBerry, iPhone, Symbian and Windows Phone 7 will be supported, with Android coming soon.
Verizon has built its managed service on the Sybase Unwired Platform, soon to be part of enterprise software giant SAP."
